Spinach and Paneer 

A classic favourite Gujarati dish and used to be a permanent fixture at my restaurant. Tempered cumin with onions, garlic and spices are combined with fresh spinach leaves. Served with the sautéed marinated Paneer (an Indian cheese) and crunchy peanuts, satisfying textures and delicious flavour.
