Kibbeh, a form of the Arabic word kubbah or "ball," is a popular staple in Middle East Cuisine, where you will find many variations across the East Mediterranean region. One of the best-known varieties is these fried, torpedo-shaped croquette made from blending hearty bulgur wheat with a plethora of fragrant herbs and spices with a variety of fillings.
Delicious as an appetizer, party food, the hearty zeppelins are wonderful when served with hummus, tabbouleh and pita bread.
