Muhammara is originally from Aleppo, Syria, found in Levantine and Turkish cuisines and referred to as Acuka in Western Turkey.

A vibrant middle-eastern dip made by blitzing smoked red peppers with toasted walnuts, a touch of harissa and pomegranate molasses. Serve as part of a mezze with bread or as a sauce with kebabs, grilled meats and fish.
