Taramasalata or taramosalata from taramás 'fish roe' is a Greek and Turkish meze made from tarama, the salted and cured roe of the cod, carp or grey mullet.

Our Taramasalata is made from salted cod's roe whipped together with sourdough, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice with a hint of garlic - no nasties or colourings.
